BedMart’s Warranty Assistance Service can help facilitate this process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer. Outlet, Clearance, Floor Models, or anything deemed “As-Is” does NOT have a manufacturer’s warranty.

It is important to understand what is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To find out if your issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card by selecting your manufacturer below.
Step 2: Check for Stains And Your Law Tag!
Mattress stains void your warranty with the manufacturer. Stains and soiling are caused by fluids or liquids which can ruin the structure of the product and make the bed unsanitary. For health & safety reasons, the manufacturer reserves the right to deny any warranty coverage based on stains or soiling.
