Love it or Exchange it! We understand that a mattress purchase is an important investment for you, which is why we offer a one-time even exchange within 120 days of the original purchase.

Your new mattress will take time to adjust to your body, and we request that you sleep on it for a minimum of 21 nights. After allowing this adjustment time, if you determine that your original mattress purchase is not right for you, we will work closely with you on your selection of a new mattress of equal or greater value.

Exchange service starts at $99.95 in our local delivery zone. It includes delivery of your new bed, removal of the old mattress plus all packaging materials, and handling at our warehouse.

Our Comfort Guarantee does not apply to:

In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer’s warranty, BedMart is unable to exchange a mattress that is stained or unsanitary.


Cancellations before shipment:

You will be notified via email the shipment confirmation of your online order. If your merchandise has not yet been shipped, you may cancel all or part of your order without a charge for a full refund by calling our Online Guest Services Department at 503-546-3300. Purchases made at BedMartMattressSupertores.com cannot be returned at our retail stores.

Please ensure that you have your order confirmation details ready before you call.


Return after Delivery:

Power Bases, pillows, bed linens, bed frames, furniture, and special/custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds are not allowed once a customer takes possession of their purchase.

Should you discover after your product has arrived, that it is defective or differs from that merchandise in which you ordered, we will be happy to exchange your merchandise at no additional charge. Please call our Online Guest Services Department at 503-546-3300 between the hours of 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), and one of our service representatives will be glad to assist you with your exchange.

At BedMart, we always strive to ensure your online purchase is successful and delivered on time. However, on rare occasions, issues may arise that may impact your order that are beyond our control. In such circumstances, please contact our Online Guest Services Department at 503-546-3300 and we will take every reasonable measure to remedy any issues you may experience.
